Denial.

It hurts to see people that you care about being manipulated .

Once that false hope leaks into their mind, there is no stopping the horrible affects it has on their ability to think straight . Denial is a terrible thing to watch someone go through & a terrible emotion to experience . Repeat actions & paths re-taken can do so much harm to an already twisted soul .

My heart aches for beautifully spirited people whose light & overall existense is dimmed due to the fact that their love for someone else is a show, & they really cant turn it off . Their friends can see it, their family can see it, and even they can see it sometimes . If I hadn't been in a similar situation before, I probably would be impatient with that quailty in someone else .

Unfortunately, i think the only medicine for this is time & understanding . As frustrating as it is, it's the truth . People will almost always figure out what is right for them in the long run .
